yes i'm sure it is done.? i just faxed it to you dear.? i swear that each time i told you that before that's what cesar told me. but anyways...im sooooo happy that it is done. it did go into suspense but you should get a tilte in your name in about 3 weeks with current registration expiration.

let's try to concentrate on the positives shall we...i need sum positive right now!



i really dont want to see the sedona check push you over the edge and for this to end up where it shouldn't. The point is you need money. You have the isuzu check, the sedona and the explorer checks left.?I can deposit the Explorer check for you if you want....save you a trip down here cuz I know how you like to avoid this office like the plague. Let me know cuz i dont mind.



thu is leaving at the end of the month. he signed a termination notice a few days ago cuz he just cant come up with the money. Lee believe it or not has been very patient with him and gave him a lot of time to get caught up. Unfortunately Lee needs the money right now too so....

Kamran does not know yet....you know he wanted that place righ? he tried his best to cheat thu out of it. When Thu leaves there will be absolutely no reason for his cars to be in this parking lot anymore. That excuse will be gone.? When that happen and his cars are still here then Lee has plans to tow all of them out of here. A special gift from Lee to Kamran for his kindness!!

please ask cezar how much he wants for all of his "TIME" AND "EFFORT"?
and i'll send a check. Please get me that sedona check and it's the end of the week again and i've seen too many weeks come and go and i still don't have the check so i don't want to work myself up again cuz i loose control and go over and beyond and i've gotten very close to flippin out and just sayin fuckit and watchin him go down and suffer so i can laugh at him...but,,,i reely need the money now and tell him this will be the last time i ask for it nicely, next time i ask, it won't be me asking and it won't be just the one check and i'll repay him all the stress he has given me lately. So please tell him, this is the last time i ask nicely and after that, no other warnings!?

what happened to kamrans inventory stacked up in the parking lot and thu's place???
